Thrallmar Quartermaster sells nice items for Exalted players: From Honored to Exalted I suggest you to use (you need to buy 1) when you do instances. You get easy and fast reputation from Neutral to Honored by doing quests and some instance run (Hellfire Ramparts, Hellfire BloodFurnace).
